Kreative Kandi Apples has expanded!
May 2010, I made candy apples for my daughters 1st birthday party which made me REALLY start up Kreative Kandi Apples. May 2011, I had a dessert buffet for my daughter's 2nd birthday party which has now allowed me to expand.

We now offer more than just Kandi Apples. I now do dessert buffets.

I wonder if for her 3rd birthday party I will add anything else to the business.

Winnie the Pooh Apples

These were a HUGE hit and are probably my favorite!

My stylist had a baby shower and she LOVES Winnie the Pooh so naturally her baby shower was Winnie the Pooh. I got a call about doing some Winnie the Pooh themed apples....EVERYONE loved them!

The end results were AMAZING!!!

Sunshine Theme Apples

After the Mothers Day Sample Pack sale, I got a return client.

She wanted sunshine themed apples for a baby shower for her cousin.

I had never colored my chocolate but this time would be a first.

I was VERY impressed and LOVED the hot pink!

Delta Sigma Theta Apples

I must say I LOVE Danelle of Sugar and Spice Event Design

Her mom is a Delta and she asked if I could do some apples for her.

Here is the finished product!

Baby Shower Apples

I did some apples for a baby shower a little while ago.

I dropped them off and that is when I found out that the baby was born earlier that morning.

Arts & Crafts Themed Apples

For my daughters birthday, she had an arts and crafts theme party so I said I would go for some "abstract" style apples.

What do you think?

I made a mistake...

For the FIRST time, I didnt take pictures of an order...

I had a 4th Birthday Party that I did apples for and COMPLETELY forgot to take pictures...

Previous Clients Feedback

Feedback is VERY important to me.

Here are some comments from previous clients that I would like to share.

I recieved my contest winnings today. In my sample pack I had Oreo, Turtle, and Cheesecake. I've only tried to Oreo so far and I absolutely loved it!! The apples themselves were juicy and sweet! Kadyn and I really enjoyed eating the outside Oreo topping. Once I eat the other two I will come back and review them!! I recommend everyone purchase a sample pack and give Kreative Kandi Apples a try!! 4 thumbs up!! (2 for Kadyn, 2 for me)

I jus recieved my second order.....they are just as delicious as the first....my kids and husband are very much enjoying the apples...only thing is,I didnt order me any this time...what was I thinking?...now I'm sitting here trying to get them to sell meone of theirs...lol

Excellent service and EVEN BETTER treats! Kreative Kandi Apples was great to work with. My treats came quickly and in perfect condition! Each flavor was absolutely delicious. Cookies and Cream was by far my favorite but each flavor was so yummy! I definitely recommend this company and their products and will use them again in the near future!

I loved the apples that I won from the contest that Kreative Kandi had before Christmas! I had the Oreo, Candy Red and the White Chocolate. They were all awesome! I wish I had room in the budget for my wedding. I would have some of there apples for favors or some part of the wedding. Thanks

5 STARS!!!

My review is SUPER late but I passed out a variety of flavors for New Years and they were a hit! I will definitely order more for all of my upcoming events.

Kreative Kandi Apples are the perfect novelty treats! After winning a sample pack, I'm convinced that I have to find a reason to order some. The apples are nice and crisp and the sweet coatings are delicious (especially the Oreo)!!

Feedback from The Bride

Just wanted to share some feedback from the Declaration of Love Wedding.

We got rave reviews for the Candy Apples you did for our "Declaration of Love" reaffirming of our wedding vows ceremony and reception. Thank you for adding that special pop to our day! Radiant Love, The Johnson's

Declaration of Love

For the first time, I dealt with a client via EMAIL ONLY!

I generally talk to my clients at least once but this time was different. I got a referral from Danelle of Sugar and Spice Event Design and she was having a sand, navy blue and red wedding.

She informed me that she wanted the classic red candy apples. I must say I got a little stumped when it came to designing the tags because I had NO CLUE how I was going to incorporate those colors.

In the end, I figured it out and it all worked out.

Check it out!

A few days later, I was on Facebook when I noticed a familiar face in some pictures. When I first started out, I met Ariel The Party Stylist. I did some apples for an event that she was a part of. Well, turns out the bride was a client so I was able to get MORE picture of where the apples were at the wedding.

Ariel did an AMAZING job and I was happy that my apples ended up on her table. Take a look at some of her pics!

I am looking forward to collaborating with Ariel in the future.

UCLA Graduation Apples

I got a call back in May about some apples for a UCLA graduate. I was excited about this order because this was the first time that I would be using the candy apple boxes.

I must say it was a lot of trial and error before myself, as well as my client, were satisfied with the final product.

Take a look at the different trials.

Small Hanging Tag with Sheer Ribbon

Thin Tag with Sheer Ribbon

Standard Tag with Sheer Ribbon

Standard Tag with Yellow Shreds vs Black Shreds

Standard Tag with Yellow Shreds
(Satin Ribbon vs No Ribbon)

In the end, the final decision was the following
- Standard Tag
- Yellow Shreds
- Black Satin Ribbon

I was BEYOND thrilled about my final product.
UCLA Apples packed and ready to go!

After all the hard work was done, my client sent over some pictures of the table set up.

INTRODUCING....

Candy Apple Boxes!!!

When I first saw these, I knew I HAD to have them!

They add so much more life to the apples!!!

I was BEYOND excited when I actually got to use them for an order.

Stay tuned for more pics!!!

Kreative Kandi Apples Website

There has been so much time that has passed without me having a website. I keep telling myself that I will create it and still have yet to finish it.

Perhaps my problem is wanting full control of it. I know that it can be done and could have BEEN done had I let someone else do it.

Its almost as if I have to have my hands on EVERYTHING and this is one thing that I should probably let go.

I have business cards with my website on it and my website is STILL under construction.

We will see if I give up on being stubborn and let someone else take that off of my list of things to do.

Feeling Generous

I am feeling pretty generous right now...

(Trying to think of the next giveaway)

Any suggestions???

Business Cards

Business Cards...CHECK!

I have had many events and many orders but didnt really have business cards. I kept putting it off and putting it off but I knew it was something EXTREMELY important that needed to be done.

In the meantime, I had been making up some interim business cards and handing them out but the more events that I did where I saw that people had REAL business cards, the more I knew that it was something that HAD to be done!

I FINALLY sat down and started creating some cards. I had all kind of ideas...some of which were working and others that were not even worth saving (even though I did).

Once I finished designing my business cards, it was now time to figure out where I would be getting them printed. I searched online over and over and over and FINALLY came across an AMAZING deal after being referred by a couple of people!

I ordered my first round of business cards yesterday afternoon and they will be ready for pick up this evening. The best part is, they are local so there is NO SHIPPING costs involved. Yay me!

I ordered them from Next Day Flyers and paid $9.95 plus tax for 500 cards. I designed my cards in two different colors (well, they are the same colors, but reverted) so in the end I paid $21.64 ($19.90 plus tax) for 1000 business cards.

I CANNOT WAIT to go and pick them up and see how they came out.
